复方异丙托溴铵雾化治疗毛细支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将432例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别为262例和170例。采用相同的综合治疗方案的同时,治疗组加用复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗,2次/d。结果两组疗效比较,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎,既缓解支气管平滑肌痉挛,扩张大中小气道,可抑制肥大细胞释放组胺和白三烯等炎性介质,改善了肺功能,缩短了疗程,给药途径简便,安全有效。Objective Observe the curative effect of ipratropium bromide atomization for bronchiolitis patients.Method 432 patients with combined therapy were randomly assigned to treatment group（ipratropium,n=262,2 times a day） and control group（n=170）.Results The treatment group had obvious curative effection when compared with control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The application of ipratropium bromide atomization for bronchiolitis patients had obvious curative effection through soothing tracheal smooth muscles,expanding airways,inhibiting the histamine and leukotriene released in histaminemast cells to improve pulmonary function and shorten the course of treatment,which had a safe and convenient route of administration and obvious curative effect at the same time.
