摘　　要：保险业与我省社会经济的发展状况决定"险资入湘"的内外部条件基本成熟,具备现实可行性;在"险资入湘"的具体安排上,可以险资债权投资方式参与重点基础设施建设和建立相关产业投资基金作为重点突破,并实现多元发展;实施中要注意考虑保险资金的特点与要求,建立有效机制,确保实现双赢。The development of insurance industry and social economic state of Hunan province determines the basic conditions of ＂Insurance funds investment into Hunan province＂ to be mature,and practically feasible. In specific arrangement about ＂Insurance funds investment into Hunan＂ ,we can regard participating in important infrastructure construction by means of and establishing relevant industrial investment funds as the key breakthrough,and then realize the diversified development. In implementation,it is required to consider the characteristics and requirements of insurance funds,establish an effective mechanism and ensure to achieve a win-win situation.
