浅谈中资保险企业战略管理的制定与实施

摘　　要：当前我国中资保险企业在战略管理方面普遍存在观念淡薄、创新性与前瞻性不强、实施效果不佳等方面的问题。战略管理的核心在于战略制定的科学性与战略实施的严肃性,要提高中资保险企业战略管理能力,需要制定战略管理制度建设、建立信息情报系统、解决战略管理盲点、打造战略执行力以及做好战略宣导贯彻工作五个方面入手提高中资保险企业战略管理水平。There are universal problems in domestic insurance companies＇ strategic management,for example,ignorance of strategic management,lack of innovation and forward-looking and ineffective implementation of the strategy. The core of the strategy management is developing strategy science and the seriousness. So,in order to improve the strategic management capacity of domestic insurance companies,the insurance companies must settle down the institution,information system,strategic management blind spot and execution.
