摘  要:目的评价真皮内显微注射对比肌肉内注射疫苗预防流感的临床疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆(2009年第2期)、Pubmed、EMBASE,同时检索CBM、CNKI、VIP和万方数据库,检索时间截止2009年4月,收集真皮内显微注射对比肌肉内注射疫苗预防流感效果的随机对照试验,按Cochrane协作网推荐的方法进行系统评价。结果共纳入7个随机对照试验,5032例患者。Meta分析结果显示,采用真皮内显微注射3μg流感疫苗时可获得与肌肉内注射15μg流感疫苗相近的预防效果,但将真皮内显微注射流感疫苗剂量增加到6μg和9μg时,其预防效果并未随剂量的增加而提高。结论真皮内显微注射3μg流感疫苗可以引发比较满意的免疫应答,获得较好的预防效果,在流感大流行期间以及疫苗供应不足的情况下,是一种较好的接种策略。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of influenza vaccine administered by intradermal to prevent influenza.Methods The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(2009,Issue 2),PubMed,Embase,CBM et al to April 2009 were searched.Some related journals were searched by hand as well.The quality of the studies and the extracted data were evaluated independently by two reviewers.Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.0 software. Results Seven randomized controlled trials and 5032 patients were included.The result of meta-analysis showed that intradermal 3μg influenza vaccine could get the similar efficacy of intramusdcular 15μg influenza vaccine.However when intradermal dosage was high,the efficacy didn't become better.Conclusion Intradermal 3μg influenza vaccine could get a good efficacy to prevent the influenza,and it may be a choice to prevent influenza when influenza is pandemic.
