摘　　要：智能交通系统简称ITS,是传统交通运输管理系统与现代信息网络技术相结合的产物,车牌识别是系统中重要的一环。本文详细介绍了各种常用的车牌识别技术,以及车牌识别过程中出现的新问题。Intelligent transportation system referred to as ITS,is the traditional transportation management systems and modern information ne twork technology product of the combination,license plate recognition is an important part of the system. This paper describes a variety of comm on license plate recognition technology,and license plate recognition and new problems arising in the process.
