摘　　要：本文主要针对我国钢铁产业兼并重组后的信息化建设问题,分析了信息化建设存在的问题,对存在的问题提出了解决方案,通过模型对目前钢铁产业重组后信息化建设方案进行了描述,并对今后钢铁产业重组后信息化建设提出了建议。In this paper,the informatization construction problems are analyzed and proposed solutions according to the informatization constr uction problems of iron and steel industry after the merger and reorganizaion. The informatizalion construction program after the current recog nition of steel industry are described through model,and propsed recommendations to the future restructuring of the steel industry.
