摘　　要：目的:研究扭曲肉芝软珊瑚的化学成分。方法:综合利用各种层析方法分离和纯化化合物, 并利用光谱学和理化性质来鉴定化合物结构。结果:从中分离得到5个化合物, 分别鉴定为 brassicolide (1), emblide (2),methyl tortuoate A (3), methyl tortuoate B (4), (24S)-24-methylcholestane-1,3, 5, 6, 25-pentol 25-monoacetate (5)。结论:化合物1,2和5都是首次从该珊瑚中分离得到。AIM： To study the chemical constituents of Sarcophyton tortuosum. METHODS： The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. Their structures were determined on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data. RESULTS： Five compounds were isolated and elucidated as brassicolide （1）, emblide （2）, methyl tortuoate A （3）, methyl tortuoate B （4）, and （24S）-24-methylcholestane-1, 3, 5, 6, 25-pentol 25-monoacetate （5）. CONCLUSION： Compounds 1, 2 and 5 were isolated from this species for the first time.
