卷烟厂车间不同生产环境下烟草甲Lasioderma serricome(Fabricius)的发生规律初探

摘　　要：卷烟厂生产车间是实现烟草经济价值的重要地方,车间内部环境相对封闭且比较复杂。自卷烟厂首年投产开始,在车间内悬挂烟草甲Lasioderma serricome(Fabricius)(Coleoptera:Anobiidae)成虫性信息素诱捕器以对烟草甲成虫进行长期监测。4年监测结果表明,烟草甲在广东卷烟厂各生产车间内全年均有发生;在卷烟厂投产的第3年,各生产车间内烟草甲发生量突然出现急剧增加,呈爆发趋势,但在第4年迅速下降;不同生产车间内部环境的差异性导致烟草甲在各车间内的发生动态存在差异。卷烟生产过程中产生的烟尘和烟屑如不清理干净或者生产车间内消毒卫生不彻底,可引起烟草甲在生产车间内大发生。因此,卷烟厂生产车间的清洁卫生状况对于预防和控制烟草甲发生至关重要。Adult populations of cigarette beetle Lasioderma serricorne（Fabricius）（Coleoptera：Anobiidae） were monitored for 4 years in nine workshops in a Guangdong cigarette factory established in 2006. Monitoring was undertaken in order to compare beetle populations within diverse production environments. Sticky traps containing a sex pheromone and food bait were hung 1.5 m above ground,one per 3000 m3,where cleaning,sanitation and regular insecticide spraying were undertaken in workshops. Adult beetles were captured throughout each year. Infestation of the beetle in all workshops were minor at the first year of operation. But the beetle was most prevalent at the third year when populations increased dramatically,and fell rapidly at the fourth year. The prevalence may be related to the storage period of tobacco debris as tobacco with two-year storage is favour food of the beetle. In workshop where the first production procedure was commenced,population of the beetle being relatively high and kept at the similar level during 4 years,indicated that the pest was likely introduced into the workshop. Incidence of the beetle varied among workshops. This variation was related to diverse environmental conditions of workshops,especially those with complicated production facilities and taking complex production procedures. Control measures and conditions affecting the occurrence of L. serricorne in such workshops are discussed.
