关于加强和改进我校学风建设的思考

摘　　要：优良的学风有助于教学这个学校中心工作的顺利实施,是人才培养质量这根学校生命线的有力保证。当前我校学生学风普遍不浓,厌学、逃学现象严重,提高认识、营造校园文化氛围、改进教师教学方法、提高教师教学水平、严把毕业生"出口关"等是加强学风建设的有效途径。Good learning environment will help the implementation of teaching and ensure the quality of personnel training.The current learning environment of our students is generally not strong.Weariness and truancy for school prevail.There are many effective ways to strengthen the learning style of school,such as raising awareness,creating campus culture,improving teaching methods and teaching quality level,and strictly control the graduation quality.
