摘　　要：文章介绍了工程进度控制的原理和方法。通过进度控制的指标、进度控制的过程、进度控制的表达、施工项目进度控制原理、进度拖延原因分析及对策等方面阐述了工程进度全过程。This article describes the project is to control the principles and methods.through the control of the indicators,programmes to control the process,the control of construction projects,the principle of delay in the schedule controlled,analyses and countermeasure expatiate on the project.
