摘  要:目的观察2型糖尿病患者一级亲属(FDRs)糖耐量正常者血管内皮功能受损及黏附因子活化状况。方法测定39例健康对照、61例FDRs的血管内皮功能、血脂、空腹血糖、血清可溶性血管细胞黏附因子-1(sVCAM-1)及可溶性选择素E(SL-E)水平等,同时测定胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果与正常对照组相比较,FDRs组内皮依赖性血管舒张功能减退,SL-E、sVCAM-1、FINS、HOMA-IR、TC、TG升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在FDRs组,EDV与HOMA-IR及TG分别呈负相关,而SL-E、sV-CAM-1与HOMA-IR呈正相关。结论 2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖耐量正常的一级亲属存在内皮功能受损、黏附因子活化及胰岛素抵抗(IR),并且内皮功能受损与IR相关。【Objective】 To investigate the vascular endothelial function and the level of adhesion molecule in first degree relatives(FDRs) of type 2 diabetes patients with normal glucose.【Methods】 The anthropometrical parameters,the vascular endothelial function,fasting plasma glucose,serum lipid,insulin and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1),selective-E(SL-E),were analyzed in 61 nondiabetic FDRs and 39 control subjects.Homeostasis model assessment was applied to assess the status of insulin resistance.【Results】 The levels of SL-E,sVCAM-,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC and TG were significantly elevated in FDRs compared with controls.Multiple stepwise regression showed that EDV was negatively related with HOMA-IR while TG,SL-E andsVCAM-1 were positively related with HOMA-IR.【Conclusion】 There are endothelial dysfunction,activation of adhesion molecule and IR in FDRs,and endothelial dysfunction is positively related with IR.
