摘  要:为了减少液压增压器在运行过程中的能量损失,改善超高压水射流设备的整体性能,以某型号超高压水射流设备为研究对象,建立了其增压器的运动学模型,应用Matlab软件对增压器内部运动微分方程进行数值分析,研究了增压器运行效率与各主要设计参数之间的关系。研究结果表明,增压器运行效率的影响因素主要有阻尼系数、增压器与单向阀之间高压管路的体积、换向阀换向时间、增压器的输出压力、水射流系统的回油压力等。对增压器运行效率的分析研究,为提高增压器运行效率和改善超高压水射流系统的性能提供了依据。Aiming at reducing the energy loss of hydraulic intensifier in operation and improving the overall performance of ultra-high pressure water jet equipment,an ultra-high pressure water jet equipment was taken as an example.The kinematics model of its intensifier was built.Based on Matlab software,the numerical analysis of kinematics differential equations was done to research the relationship between intensifier's running efficiency and main design parameters.The results show that the influence factors of intensifier's running efficiency mainly are damping coefficient,the volume of high pressure pipeline between intensifier and holding valve,reversal time,output pressure of intensifier,return pressure of water jet system,etc..The analysis result of intensifier's running efficiency provides a basis for the enhancement of intensifier's running efficiency and the improvement of the performance of ultra-high pressure water jet system.
