基于PROFIBUS总线的全自动液体饲喂系统

摘　　要：针对PLC集散控制系统中的通信问题,以全自动液体饲喂系统的总线布置为例,介绍了在集散控制系统中西门子PLC S7-300的应用,探讨了基于PROFIBUS-DP总线的PLC分散控制系统的总体结构和工作原理,并分析了该系统软、硬件设计,实现了PRO-FIBUS-DP总线在全自动液体饲喂系统中的应用。最终利用PROFIBUS-DP总线的特点,如通讯速度高、协议开放、信号传输数字化和现场的可靠性等优点,提高了该系统控制的精度和可靠性。研究结果表明,此研究为进一步进行PROFIBUS-DP总线的设计和研究奠定了基础。According to the problem with communication of PLC distributed control systems,a detailed introduction of correct choice of PLC in distributed control systems with a example of bus layout in automatic liquid feeding system was given,and the structure,elements and characteristic of PLC distributed control system based on PROFIBUS were also emphasized,application in automatic liquid feeding system was realized.At the last time,By the characteristics of PROFIBUS,such as high speed communications,agreements and opening up,signaling the reliability of digital and on-site advantages,it was applied successfully and the accuracy and security of the system control were increased.The research result shows that the analysis lays the foundation for the further research and designing.
