军训动态枪支安全保障的管理学思考

摘　　要：军训动态枪支安全受人为和场地等外部因素直接影响,安全隐患不容忽视。院校军训通常采用军队"传、帮、带"的经验实施保障,虽能体现相应的管理成效,却暴露出管理指导理论滞后的问题。通过总结成功保障经验,导入管理学理论能使动态形式的"教练枪"管理更严密,使用更安全,有利于管理模式的借鉴和推广。Human and field factors directly affect the safety of guns that are deployed in the field. Thus, the latent danger of the situation should not be ignored. ＂Inheriting, assisting and guiding＂ , the method used in armies, is the most common way of ensuring personal safety in most schools during military training. Although it does appear to be effective from a managerial perspective, it has led to a new problem the backwardness of management theory. Some successful experiences in ensuring safety, along with the introduc- tion of management theory, can make sure that the ＂gun supervisors＂ will be stricter in management, safer in use, and beneficial to the study and spread of this management theory.
