摘 要:针对目前钻井信息管理系统数据挖掘不够和缺乏技术方案推荐等不足,以各油田井史及测、录井资料为数据库设计基础,采用交互式多井信息图形对比及数据多维统计分析方式,提出基于多井信息综合对比分析的钻井优化方法,并将其应用于新一代分布式多井信息管理系统;参考井优选以地层及压力差别分析结果为基础,井身结构优化设计采用事故因子、复杂因子、井径扩大率因子及套管下深算法,钻头及钻井参数最优化采用Jacob i迭代法。结果表明,多井信息综合对比方法能为钻前设计和钻后分析提供理论与技术支持,在新疆油田的实际应用验证了其可行性和有效性。In view of the deficiency of present well drilling data management system in data mining and technology scheme recommendation,a new drilling optimization scheme for multi-well data comprehensive comparison and analysis was proposed on the basis of well history data,logging data and mud logging data of each oil field.The interactive multi-well data graphical comparison and multidimensional data statistic analysis mode were introduced.The scheme was applied in the distributed system developed for multi-well data management.The analytical results of formation and pressure difference were used as the foundation for optimal selection of reference wells.The factors for accident,complexity and hole diameter enlargement rate,as well as the casing point algorithm,were used to optimize wellbore profile.Meanwhile,the Jacobi iteration method was used to optimize bit type and recommend drilling parameters.Application results show that the new method can provide technical and theoretical support for pre-drilling design and post-drilling analysis,and its feasibility and reliability were demonstrated in Xinjiang Oilfield.
