钼(Ⅵ)与溴邻苯三酚红和罗丹明B双显色剂协同显色的研究及应用

摘　　要：研究了在聚乙烯醇１２４（ＰＶＡ１２４）存在下，在硫酸介质中，钼（Ⅵ）与溴邻苯三酚红和罗丹明Ｂ双试剂协同显色反应，反应结果形成红紫色配合物，最大吸收波长λｍａｘ为５８０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数αε５８０为１．６４×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏＬ－１·ｃｍ－１，钼量在０～１２μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围内符合比耳定律．A method is proposed for the spectrophotometric determination of Molybdenum(Ⅳ) with bromopyrogallol and rhodamin B ty Synergistic colour reaction. A red coloured complex is formed in a dilute sulfuric acid medium containing PCA 124 ,and the molar absorptivity is 1.64×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 580nm,Beer's Law is obeyde for the molybdenum concentration 0～12μg/25mL. This method hsa been used for determination of Molybdenum in allogy with Satisfactory resulty.
