摘　　要：目前电动汽车零公里的物流难题一直没有受到应有的重视,当前这方面的理论研究也比较少。文中以电动场地车零公里物流为例,详细剖解了电动汽车零公里物流的难点,总结出了解决物流难题的基本方法,即制造商应该结合产品所处的市场阶段灵活选用适合于电动汽车零公里运输的第一方物流、第二方物流、第三方物流及第四方物流模式。The difficulty of zero kilometers logistics of electric Vehicles has not been given more attention, now . At present there is little theoretical research in this area. In this paper we take zero kilometers logistics of electric vehicles as an example, analyze on the difficult points of Electric Vehicle logistics and solve these diffieuhies. , sum up the basic mode, Electric vehicle manufacturers should be based on different stages of a flexible logistics model during the process of different markets for Selection and application, the first - party logistics, the second - party logistics, the third - party logistics and the fourth - party logistics logistics.
