小麦纤维素颗粒治疗老年功能性便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小麦纤维素颗粒(非比麸)治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效及安全性。方法采用自身对照研究的方法,对30例功能性便秘的老年患者给予小麦纤维素颗粒治疗2周,观察服药前后便秘症状及大便性状情况,给予评分量化比较。结果小麦纤维素颗粒治疗后,便秘症状及大便性状与用药前相比较,各项症状的评分均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。服药期间未发现腹胀、腹痛、腹泻等不良反应。结论小麦纤维素颗粒治疗老年功能性便秘疗效确切、安全。Objective To investigated the efficacy and safety of wheat kernel（Fiberform）on the treatment of old-aged functional constipation.Methods Self-controlled clinical trial using Fiberform was conducted for 2 weeks in 30 cases of patients with functional constipation.Symptoms and the character of feces before and after the treatment were observed and evaluated according to a score scheme.Results The score of symptoms and character of the feces were decreased significantly（P0.01）after treatment.No adverse event such as abdominal distention,pain or diarrhea was observed during the administration of treatment.Conclusion Fiberform is effective and safe in the treatment of old-aged functional constipation.
