善治视阈下的村官素质问题探究

摘　　要：我国农村善治的实现有赖于一支政治思想素质高、作风硬、能力强的村官队伍。目前村官队伍素质有了明显提高,基本上能承担起组织和领导农村经济社会发展及建设社会主义新农村的重任,促进了政府与农村群众的良好互动,但也存在着一些不容忽视的问题,还需提高民主法治意识、强化责任心、增进回应等。The realizing of good governance in chinese countries depends on the village officials who have good quality in political thoughts,working style and capacity.Currently the overall quality of the village officials has been improved significantly.The village officials can bear the important task of organizing the local economic and social development,of leading the country construction,which promoting the interaction between the government and the pesantry.However there are also some issues that need to be resolved.The village officals should improve their consciousness of law and democracy,enhance their sense of responsibility and reinforce their response capability.
