摘  要:目的:考察热毒宁注射液中栀子提取浓缩液萃取工艺,比较常规搅拌萃取、连续逆流萃取两种不同萃取方法,优选最佳萃取方法。方法:以栀子苷转移率及固含物转移率为指标,确定最佳萃取方法,并采用正交试验优选最佳工艺条件。结果:从栀子苷转移率及固含物转移率分析,连续逆流萃取明显优于常规萃取,连续逆流萃取最佳工艺条件:药液温度20℃,萃取药液pH值为3,萃取溶剂用量为萃取药液的6倍,萃取溶剂速度为250 mL.min-1。结论:连续逆流萃取法萃取效率高、时间短,技术操作简便,能有效地提高生产效率。Objective: To compare the different extraction methods of conventional agitated extraction and countercurrent extraction with Gardeniae extract concentrated liquid and optimize the extraction conditions.Methods: The orthogonal test was used to optimize the process conditions with the transfer rates of geniposide and solid material as the indexes.Results: From the analysis of the transfer rates,the countercurrent extraction method was superior to the conventional extraction method.The optimum conditions for countercurrent extraction were as follows: the extraction liquid temperature was 20℃ at pH 3,the extraction solvent was 6 times of the extraction liquid,the solvent extraction rate was 250 mL·min-1.Conclusion: The optimized method is simple and has high efficiency,it can effectively improve the productivity of Gardeniae extract concentrated liquid.
