50%硫酸镁加适量激素治疗碘造影剂血管外渗漏

摘　　要：回顾分析我院4000例CT增扫中8例由于碘造影剂渗漏致局部水肿的治疗。常规方法是50%硫酸镁和小剂量糖皮质激素外敷,疼痛严重者增加2%利多卡因外敷,效果快捷、安全、舒适。Among 4000 cases of enhanced CT scan in our hospital,we retrospectively analyzed eight cases of partial swelling and pain induced by iodine contrast medium leakage.The efficient,safe and comfortable common treatment was 50% magnesium sulfate and low-dose glucocorticoids,and 2% lidocaine as needed.
