单宁酸对糖尿病大鼠血清及肾脏C反应蛋白表达的影响

摘  要:目的观察单宁酸(tannic acid,TA)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发糖尿病(DM)大鼠血清及肾脏C反应蛋白(CRP)表达的影响。方法 70只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、氨基胍(AG)组和TA低高剂量组,给药10周后处死大鼠。ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清CRP水平,免疫组织化学染色观察CRP在肾组织中的表达。结果 DM大鼠血清及肾组织CRP表达增加,单宁酸可降低DM大鼠血清CRP水平,下调肾组织CRP蛋白的表达。结论单宁酸可改善糖尿病大鼠微炎症状态,对保护糖尿病大鼠的肾脏损害具有一定的积极作用。Objective To investigate the effect of tannic acid on the expression of C-reactive protein(CRP) in serum and kidney of diabetic rats.Methods Seventy male wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal control group,diabetic model group,aminoguanidine(AG) group and low and high dosages of TA groups.All animals were sacrificed at the 10th week after drugs injection.The expression of CRP in serum was detected by ELISA method and the expression of CRP protein in the renal tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results Increased expressions of CRP protein in serum and renal tissue of diabetic rats were observed and the expressions of CRP protein in serum and renal tissue of diabetic rats were significantly decreased by tannic acid.Conclusion Tannic acid could improve the micro-inflammatory state,which have a positive role in the the protection of kidney damage in diabetic rats.
