摘　　要：用实例阐明对重要矿产制定开发利用专项规划在矿产资源保护中的作用,提出了搞好专项规划的建议要点。制定专项规划可以使全国与省市矿产资源规划得到具体的深化和落实,使矿业秩序整顿的成果得到有效巩固。In the paper, the effect of making special planning for exploitation and utilization of important mineral resources in mineral resources conservation was described with practical examples. And it was illustrated that planning for mineral resources of state or province was deepened and implemented. The results of harnessing and reestablishment of mining order was consolidated through making special planning. Finally, the author gave some suggestions for well making special planning.
