内固定结合外固定支架治疗Pilon骨折并踝关节骨折脱位

摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨Pilon骨折合并踝关节骨折脱位治疗方式的选择及其效果。方法回顾性分析自2005年7月～2009年7月收治16例用内固定结合外固定架的方式治疗的胫骨pilon骨折合并踝关节骨折脱位的患者,术后获得平均随访20个月(通过定期复查及二次手术取内固定时评估等方式)。结果根据Mazur踝关节功能评定标准系统评估手术疗效,优3例,良8例,可3例,差2例,优良率68.75%。结论胫骨Pilon骨折合并踝关节骨折或者脱位采用内固定结合外固定架的治疗方式,可以获得较好效果并可减少并发症的发生率。Objective To investigate the selection and effect of treatment of pilon fracture and trimalleolar fractures and dislocation of the ankle with internal fixations and external fixators.Methods A retrospective analysis was done for 16 cases from July 2005 to July 2009 for pilon fractures and trimalleolar fractures and dislocation of the anlde treated with internal fixations and external fixators operations.All of them were followed up for 20 months after operation.Results The effects of the operation with Mazur ankle functional evaluation standard system were very good in 3 cases,good in 8 cases, less in 3 cases,and 2 had poor results,with the good rate of 68.75%.Conclusion To apply the ir ternal fixations in pilon fractures and trimalleolar fractures combined with the external fixators in dislocation of the ankle can gain better effect and decrease the complications.
