摘  要:基于火电厂因煤质变化等因素引起的燃烧不稳定现状,分析典型炉膛燃烧方式下锅炉不稳定燃烧时负压、火检等各种表征参数的变化特性,对相关理论进行深入研究,设计出炉膛燃烧不稳的预判模型和判据,提醒运行人员对燃烧及时干预,减轻劳动强度,减少电厂锅炉的灭火机率,提高火电机组运行的经济性和电网运行的稳定性。Based on the instability caused by the change of coal quality,the changing characteristics of negative pressure and fire detecting under unstable combustion were researched and related theories were studied in depth.Furthermore,an unstable combustion prejudication model and criterion of unstable combustion were designed.It can remind the workers of intervening the combustion promptly,and reduce labor intensity and the possibility of flameout.It also can increase the economical efficiency of the thermal power generating units and increase the stability of power network operation.
