摘　　要：气象用太阳模拟器主要应用于总辐射表检测,对辐照均匀性有较高的要求,光学系统设计难度较大。本文介绍了如何用lighttools软件进行光学系统建模,分析辐照均匀性,为光学系统设计及装调提供有效的指导,其中,短弧氙灯是整个建模的关键,根据短弧氙灯的发光机理及其亮度曲线,用嵌套的圆柱和球体光源来仿真氙灯的发光,通过蒙特卡洛光线追迹,仿真出来的配光曲线和实际的很接近,符合建模要求。最后,分别用一维、二维、三维分析图表示辐照度分布。通过数据分析,整个口径范围内辐照不均匀度为±4.2%,有效口径φ100m范围内,辐照不均匀度为±2.0%。Weather solar simulator is mainly used in the pyranometer detection, and the pyranometer have high requirements for radiation uniformity, so the design of optical system is difficult. This article describes how to use lighttools software to establish optical system model, analyses irradiation uniformity, and provides effective guidance for optical system design and alignment. It is a key point to establish the model of short-arc xenon lamp. According to the luminescence mechanism and its brightness curve of short-arc xenon lamp, nested cylindrical and spherical light sources are used to simulate the xenon lamp light source based on the Monte Carlo ray tracing. The simulation of light distribution curve is very close to the actual light, which meets the requirement of model establishment. Finally, the one-dimensional, two-dimensional, and three-dimensional graph of irradiance distribution is respectively given. The data show that the irradiation uniformity among the entire diameter range is ± 4.2% and the irradiation uniformity within φ100 mm is ± 2.0%.
