摘 要:一种新的有机-无机杂化层状甘氨酸-N,N-双甲基膦酸锆被合成并成功的用于固定血红蛋白.层状甘氨酸-N,N-双甲基膦酸锆/海藻酸钠/血红蛋白成功的电沉积到金电极的表面.血红蛋白的电子转移系(α)和电子转移速率常数(ks)分别为0.91和0.647 s-1,表明了血红蛋白酶和金电极之间的电子转移速率较快.在优化的实验条件下,响应电流与过氧化氢的浓度在1.4μmol/L to 3.5 mmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为4.7×10-7mol/L(S/N=3),传感器具有好的灵敏度、重现性、稳定性.A new organic-inorganic hybrid layered zirconium glycine-N,N-dimethylphosphonate Zr[(O3PCH2)2NCH2COOH]·H2O(ZGDMP) has been synthesized and the intercalation behavior of hemoglobin(Hb) was investigated.In this paper,Hb and biocompatible composite zirconium glycine-N,N-dimethylphosphonate and sodium alginate(ZGDMP-SA) were successfully electro-co-deposited onto the surface of gold electrode.The electrochemical parameters of Hb in the ZGDMP-SA was calculated with the results of the electron transfer coefficient(α) and the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant(ks) as 0.91 and 0.647 s-1 respectively,indicating good facilitation of the electron transfer between Hb and the modified electrode.The amperometric response of the biosensor varied linearly with the H2O2 concentration ranging from 1.4 μmol/L to 3.5 mmol/L with a detection limit of 4.7×10-7 mol/L(S/N=3).
