摘　　要：介绍碳化煤球制半水煤气生产工艺中造气污水闭路循环系统的改造方案。通过方案的实施,使水质能满足造气、原料制球、20t/h锅炉水膜除尘、洗气和静电除焦(除尘)冲洗用水的要求,并实现闭路循环使用。A transformation scheme is presented of a closed circuit circulation system for effluent from gasification in the production of semi-water-gas from carbonated coal briquet. After its implementation, the water quality is able to meet the requirements for gasification, formation of briquets from raw materials, water dust scrubber for a boiler of 20 t/h, gas washing, and water flushing for electrostatic precipitation of coke （or dust）, and a closed circuit circulation is realized.
