摘  要:介绍汽轮机替代电动机拖动压缩机技术在甲醇生产系统中的应用情况。对背压式汽轮机、冷凝式汽轮机投资和在运行中的消耗情况进行分析,并对两者的经济效益进行对比。压缩机采用汽轮机拖动比使用电动机拖动的投资高,且要求全系统运行稳定;使用背压式汽轮机比冷凝式汽轮机的经济效益更佳。A description is given of the compressor driven by steam turbine inste,ad of motor used in methanol production. An analysis is made of the investment in the back pressure steam turbine and the condensing steam turbine and the consumption in operation, and a comparison is made of their economic effectiveness. The investment is higher for the compressor driven by the steam turbine than for that driven by the motor, and operation stability is required for the whole system. The economic effectiveness is better for the back pressure turbine than for the condensing turbine.
