摘　　要：本文介绍了乙烯基酯树脂混凝土铜电解槽研制过程中的树脂选型、树脂混凝土配方试验、电解槽结构设计等工作,通过这些工作研制出的乙烯基酯树脂混凝土铜电解槽,具有耐腐蚀性能优异、壁薄质量轻、保温绝缘、使用寿命长等特点,并成功应用于生产。This paper introduces many works such as resin sampling,resin concrete formula testing,configuration designing of electrolytic cell etc.in the manufacture progress of vinylester resin copper electrolytic cell.The vinylester resin copper electrolytic cell was made through these works,it has a lot of characters including high anti-corrosion,thin wall,light,heat preservation,insulation、long service life etc.Is was put into production successfully.
