摘　　要：TFT-LCD在生产过程中常伴随着点缺陷和线缺陷的产生,本文基于液晶模块驱动和测试原理,设计了一种由单片机、模拟多路开关和触发器组成快速检测缺陷的测试信号源.该测试信号源可检测TFT模块的线缺陷和点缺陷.Because there are line defects and point defects inevitably in production of the TFT modules,the integrated testing signal generator composed of a chip microprocessor,analog multi-channel switch and simple flip-flop is designed according to the principle of driving and testing of the TFT module.These signals are competent for the line defects and point defects testing for TFT module.
