摘　　要：我国已进入了老龄化社会。住房逆抵押贷款模式的推行可以为改善老年人的生活状况、提高老年人的生活质量提供帮助,启动资金的注入将有助于该模式的推行。文章提出了"住房公积金、逆抵押贷款、廉租房联动模式"。按该模式,从住房公积金的增值资金中提取部分资金作为启动资金,并将回收的部分住房逆抵押房产转化为廉租房房源。文章认为,该联动模式的推行具有必要性和可能性。China has entered aging society;the implementation of reverse mortgages can contribute to improving the living conditions and the living quality of senior citizens.Injections with start-up funds will help the implementation of reverse mortgages;this paper presents a linkage pattern between the housing provident fund,reverse mortgages and low-rent housing.According to the pattern,to draw part of the appreciation of the housing provident fund as start-up funds,and to convert part of the housing from reverse mortgage into the source of low-rent housing.This paper believes that it is necessary and possible to carry out the linkage pattern.
