阴道超声在绝经后宫腔内病变中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声在绝经后子宫腔内病变声像图的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析22例经手术病理证实的绝经后子宫腔内病变，将其术前超声结果与术后病理作比较，并分析相应声像图特点。结果22例中内膜息肉9例，粘膜下肌瘤6例，子宫内膜癌6例，子宫内膜增生过长1例，每种疾病有各自声像图特征。结论阴道超声在子宫腔内病变诊断及鉴别诊断有较高的诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the postmenopausal intrauterine lesions sonographic diagnosis. Methods 22 cases with postmenopausal intrauterine lesions confirmed by surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The preoperative ultrasonography results were compared with the postoperative pathological results in order to analyze the corresponding ultrasonographic features. Results Of 22 patients, there were 9 cases of endometrial polyps, 6 cases of submucosal fibroids, 6 cases of endometrial cancer, 1 cases of endometrial hyperplasia overlength, and each disease had its own sonographic features. Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasound has a high value in both the diagnosis of intrauterine lesions and differential diagnosis.
