摘　　要：本文针对国华宁东330MW亚临界煤矸石机组的特点,制定化学清洗方案,对炉前系统进行A5高效除油剂除油碱洗和炉本体系统采用盐酸清洗,柠檬酸漂洗和双氧水钝化的工艺。清洗结果表明,国华宁东的化学清洗系统、工艺都是合理的,清洗质量优良。Directing against the features of 300 MW subcritical unit in Guohua Ningdong Power Plant.The blast furnace system A5 efficient degreaser degreasing alkali wash and clean the furnace body system is hydrochloric acid,citric acid rinse and hydrogen passivation process.The results showed that the chemical cleaning of Guohua Ningdong power plant is reasonable,clean and excellent quality.
