耳叶牛皮消的化学成分及抗肿瘤作用研究进展

摘　　要：耳叶牛皮消作为中药白首乌的基源之一,其含有的C21甾体苷是主要的抗肿瘤活性成分。文章从耳叶牛皮消的化学成分着手,综述了近20年研究得到的耳叶牛皮消化学成分及其中C21甾体苷类化合物抗肿瘤活性,为进一步的资源开发和利用提供理论基础。Cynanchum Auriculatum Royle ex Wight is one of the original plants used as traditional Chinese medicine Cynanchi Auriculati Radix,and its C21 steroidal glycosides are the main antineoplastic active constituents.In this review,chemical constituents and antineoplastic activity of C21steroidal glycosides of Cynanchum auriculatum were summarized in recent two decades for further development and utilization.
