摘　　要：阐述了预防出生缺陷的重要性和紧迫性,从法律干预、工程项目干预、技术干预和社区文化干预等方面探讨了出生缺陷干预的途径和目标,并详细论述了加强民族地区乡镇待孕和不同怀孕周期育龄妇女人体必需元素调查及相关因素分析的意义、内容和目标。The importance and urgency about prevention of birth defects were expounded, and the interfering means and goals of birth defects from legal intervention, project intervention, technical intervention and community cultural intervention were investigated. The significance, content and the goal of the survey and the related factors analysis about different essential elements in women who are to be pregnant and different periods of pregnancy in different towns of the minority area were also discussed in detail.
