摘　　要：在英国侵权法上,如果当事人的权利受到侵害,最为重要和常见的救济方式是损害赔偿。论述英国侵权法中损害赔偿的原则、损害赔偿金的形式和计算,以及人身伤害和财产损害案件中损害赔偿金的计算问题,为中国侵权责任法律制度的构建提供借鉴。In UK tort law,the most important and common remedy which may be available to the victim of a tort is an award of damages.The paper detailed the principle of damage,the form and assessment of damages as well as the damages in cases of personal injury and damage to property,in order to draw on the experiences of other countries for China to construct the tort law system.
