弹性屈臂型IUD放置后出血情况分析

摘　　要：目的研究新型弹性屈臂型宫内节育器(intrauterine contraceptive device,IUD)放置后子宫出血情况。方法对400例自愿参加本项目且符合接收条件者用随机对照多中心临床研究方法,分别放置弹性屈臂型IUD200例和TCu220C IUD 200例,并分别选择其中40例在放置前、放置后1、3、6月做月经血量测定。结果两组月经血量测定者置器后1、3、6月的平均经血量都明显高于置器前(P<0.05)。置器后1、3、6月两组对比,各期平均月经血量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新型弹性屈臂型IUD放置后与TCu220CIUD放置后子宫出血情况基本相同。Objective To study the effects of newly designed Flexible bend - arm intrauterine contraceptive device（IUD） on vaginal bleeding volume. Methods Totally 400 voluntary objects were enrolled in a randomized multi - center clinical trail. Elastic bend - arm IUDs were inserted in 200 objects and TCu220C IUD were inserted in another 200 objects. The menstrual volume of 40 cases chosen before the IUD inserted and 1,3, and 6 months after the procedures was detected. Results The average bleeding volumes of 40 cases 1, 3, and 6 months after the IUD inserted were obviously higher than those before the procedures （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The difference was no significant between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） during the three periods after the procedures. Conclusion Vaginal bleeding volume caused by Flexible bend - arm IUD is similar to that caused by TCu220C IUD.
