摘  要:目的探讨产前超声对胎儿肺囊腺瘤畸形的诊断价值。方法对产前超声诊断的13例胎儿肺囊腺瘤畸形的声像图特征进行回顾性分析,随访临床结果。结果产前诊断的13例肺囊腺瘤畸形胎儿引产后11例证实为肺囊腺瘤畸形(I型2例,Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型1例),超声诊断准确率84.6%(11/13);误诊2例(1例肺隔离症,1例先天性膈疝)。典型声像图特征:胸腔内实性强回声或囊实混合性强回声,肺囊腺瘤由肺动脉供血。结论产前超声是诊断胎儿先天性肺囊腺瘤较准确、可靠的方法,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To study the diagnostic value of the prenatal ultrasonography in the fetal congenital pulmonary cyst adenoma malformation (CCAM). Methods The data resulting from the ultrasonographical features of 13 cases patients with CCAM were analyzed retrospectively and fetal outcomes were followed up. Results Eleven cases among 13 cases diagnosed by the prenatal ultrasonography as CCAM were comfirmed by the clinical and pathological diagnosis after the induced labor that included 2 cases with I type, 8 cases with Ⅱ type and 1 case with m type. The coincidence rate of the prenatal ultrasonography was 84.6% ( 11/13 ) expert for 2 cases misdiagnosed as pulmonary sequestration and congenital diaphragmatic hernia respectively. The typical ultrasound image of CCAM characterized as solid strong echo or mixed cystic and solid strong echo in thoracic cavity. Blood supply was from the pulmonary artery. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound is a accurate and reliable method in diagnosis of CCAM that has important clinical value.
