摘　　要：介绍了大庆石化公司炼油厂重油催化裂化液化气精制装置由原来的碱液脱硫改造为醇胺液抽提+固定床无碱脱臭组合工艺的应用情况。实践证明:该工艺操作简单,脱硫效果显著,彻底消除了碱渣排放,达到了预期的改造效果。This paper described the application of the combination process of alkylol amine liquid extraction plus fixed bed alkali free deodorization instead of lye after the revamp of the liquid gas refining unit of 1.0 Mt/a Heavy Oil Catalytic Cracking Unit.The practice shows,this process is simple in operation,has a significant result in desulfurization,thoroughly eliminated the emission of waste alkali,and achieved the expected result.
