摘  要:目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清高迁移率蛋白-1(HMGB1)和中性粒细胞激活肽-78(ENA-78)水平的动态变化。方法分别采用ELISA法和免疫比浊法测定116例HIE患儿及40例正常新生儿血HMGB1与ENA-78水平。结果出生后2h内HIE各组(重、中、轻)HMGB1与ENA-78水平显著高于对照组(t=18.45,16.72,13.17;18.47,17.53,13.62,P均<0.01),并且随着病情程度的加重而逐渐升高。HMGB1与ENA-78水平出生后第1天时最高,轻度组第3天基本恢复正常,中度组第3天有明显下降,第10天基本恢复正常。重度组第3天无明显下降,第10天有明显降低,但仍高于对照组(t=11.27,11.36,P均<0.01)。HIE患儿血清HMGB1水平与ENA-78水平呈显著正相关(r=0.64,P<0.01)。结论新生儿HIE血HMGB1与ENA-78水平变化与HIE严重程度有关。Objective To evaluate the dynamic changes of serum high mobility group box-1(HMGB1) and epithelial neutrophil-activing peptide-78 (ENA-78) levels in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods Serum HMGB1 and ENA-78 levels were measured in 116 neonates with HIE (18 cases of HIE were mild; 17 moderate; and 11,severe ) and in 40 normal term neonates by enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay and rate nephelometry immunoassay at the time of admission,on the first day,the seventh day and the tenth day after birth.Results Serum HMGB1 and ENA-78 levels in infants with HIE were significantly higher than that in control in the 2 hour after birth(t=18.45,16.72,13.17; 18.47,17.53,13.62,all P0.01).Serum HMGB1 and ENA-78 levels in infants with mild HIE was no significantly differences compared with the control at third day,moderate HIE peaked on the first day after birth,then decreased gradually and resumed at third day after birth; severe HIE peahed on the first day after birth and then lasted until the third day,while serum HMGB1 and ENA-78 levels with was significantly decreased at the tenth day after birth,but was still significantly higer than that in control (t=11.27,11.36,all P0.01).Serum HMGB1 level were significantly relevant to serum ENA-78 levels (r=0.64,P0.01).Conclusions The present data suggest that the changes of serum HMGB1 and ENA-78 levels are correlated with severity of HIE.
