摘 要:相比于美国、欧洲和日本等国家,同为发电技术较为发达的俄罗斯,其发电设备的研究和开发相对独立,采用了许多独特技术和标准。以田湾1060MW核电机组轴承为例,分析了俄罗斯轴承在结构设计和润滑油选择上的独特技术,并对其轴承性能进行计算,结果表明俄罗斯轴承具有结构简单、可靠性高、成本低等优点,这对我国汽轮发电机组支撑轴承的设计和选型具有一定的借鉴作用。The research and development of power-generating equipment made in Russia is more independent relatively compared with the United States, Europe and Japanese etc. , and it adopt many special techniques and standards. The bearing design and lube oil selection of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant' s 1060MW turbo-generator unit made in Russia were analyzed,and the bearing properties were calculated. The results indicated that the bearing made in Russia has many advantages, such as simple, reliable and economical. It can be used as reference for in the bearing designing and sizing of large turbo-generator unit.
