主动免疫治疗不明原因复发性流产的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨主动免疫治疗不明原因复发性流产的效果。方法:选择年龄21～42岁、原因不明习惯性流产、封闭抗体阴性患者57例为观察组,选择同期就诊、年龄相当、原因不明性习惯性流产、封闭抗体阴性患者32例为对照组。对观察组进行淋巴细胞注射及常规保胎治疗,对照组使用常规保胎治疗。结果:观察组妊娠成功率为89.47%,对照组为40.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:主动免疫治疗不明原因复发性流产安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the effect of active immunization in treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods：57 cases and 32 cases aged 21～42 years old with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion and negative blocking antibody were selected as observation group and control group,respectively;the cases in observation group received lymphocyte injection and routine tocolysis,and the cases in control group received routine tocolysis.Results：The success rates of pregnancy in observation group and control group were 89.47% and 40.62%,respectively,there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Active immunization is safe and effective in treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,which is worth popularizing.
