摘　　要：医疗卫生领域的政府干预非常普遍。从公共财政的角度,政府介入医疗卫生领域主要是在卫生筹资方面发挥作用。以公共筹资为主导,构建卫生费用的合理分担机制,已成为各国卫生筹资的共同政策取向。为实现"新医改"政策目标,我国现阶段应着力构建和完善以公共筹资为主体的卫生筹资制度。Government intervention exists commonly in health care sector.From the view of public finance,government intervention mainly exists in the area of health financing.Taking public financing model in the leading role,constructing suitable expenditure-sharing mechanism for health have been the global trend of health financing policies.To attain the goal of health care reform,China should construct a financing institution with public financing model in the leading role.
