摘 要:在2台燃用黄秆生物质燃料的振动炉排锅炉上进行了性能试验,测得锅炉效率分别为85.90%和86.71%,NOx排放浓度分别为180 mg/m3和181 mg/m3(6%O2),SO2排放浓度分别为196 mg/m3和269 mg/m3(6%O2)。研究表明,锅炉效率低的主要原因是燃料水分和灰分偏高导致的发热量偏低、翅片式烟气冷却器积灰和低温腐蚀泄漏后堵管导致的排烟温度高、灰渣含碳量和排烟中CO含量偏高。基于试验结果,提出改进一次风箱和烟气冷却器结构、优化运行方式和提高燃料品质等措施,以提高锅炉效率。Performance tests have been carried out on two yellow straw biomass firing boilers with vibrating gate,the measured boiler efficiency is 85.90% and 86.71,the concentration of NOx emission is 180 mg/m^3 and 181 mg/m^3(6% O2),the concentration of SO2 emission is 196 mg/m^3 and 269 mg/m^3(6% O2) respectively.The study shows that the main causes leading to lower boiler efficiency are as follows:lower calorific value of fuel due to higher water cotent and ash content in the fuel;higher discharged flue gas temperature resulting from ash fouling on the finned type flue gas cooler and tube blockage after low temperature corrosion;higher carbon content in ash and slag,and higher CO content in the discharged flue gas.Based on the results of tests,several measures,such as retrofitting the primary air box and flue gas cooler,optimizing the operation mode,and enhancing the quality of fuel etc.,have been put forward,so as to heighten the boiler efficiency.
