摘 要:针对高温环烷酸腐蚀,以五硫化二磷和苯酚为原料,合成了硫代磷酸苯酯缓蚀剂。通过正交试验确定硫代磷酸苯酯合成工艺条件;采用红外光谱对合成产物进行了结构表征。研究表明,硫代磷酸苯酯最适宜合成条件为:苯酚和五硫化二磷摩尔比3∶1,反应温度180℃,反应时间8 h,在此条件下合成的硫代磷酸苯酯缓蚀剂缓蚀率达到91.3%;红外光谱法(IR)分析产物均出现了硫代磷酸苯酯的主要官能团——-P=S-,-SH及-PO,其吸收峰的位置几乎完全一致,确定硫代磷酸苯酯的生成。To inhibit high - temperature naphthenlc acid corrosion, triphenyl - thiophosphate was synthesized by phosphorus pentasulfide and phenol as corrosion inhibitor. Orthogonal tests were performed to determine the optimal synthesis process conditions of tfiphenyl - thlophosphate. IR was applied to analyze the functional group of the product. The results indicated that, the optimalprocess conditions for synthesis of Triphenyl - thiophosphate are : phenol to phosphorus pentasulfide ratio 3 : 1, reaction temperature 180 ℃ and reaction time 8 hrs. The corrosion inhibition rate of the inhibitor is 91.3%. The main functional groups of triphenyl - thiophosphate - P = S, - SH and - PO appeared in IR analysis, and the locations of absorption peaks are nearly identical. Which confirmed the formation of triphenyl - thiophosphate.
