摘　　要：左旋卡尼汀(L-CN),可由哺乳动物体内自身合成。L-CN的作用是协助长链脂酰辅酶A进入线粒体内膜,促进脂肪酸β氧化,加速三磷酸腺苷的产生,提高组织细胞内三磷酸腺苷水平。以前研究表明,L-CN可以通过改善缺血心肌的功能和促进能量代谢,有效地治疗急性心肌梗死及改善预后;通过改善维持性血液透析患者的红细胞免疫功能、抗氧化功能、降低铁负荷水平,提高血液透析患者的生活质量;通过减少氧自由基生成、增强细胞抗氧化损伤能力,发挥抗氧化、抗凋亡的细胞保护作用。近来研究又发现了L-CN的其他作用。L-canitine is synthezised by mammal themselves.It helps long-chain acyl-CoA enter into mitochondrial inner membrane to improve the levels of adenosine triphosphate in tissue cells by promoting the fatty acid β-oxiation and accelerating the adenosine triphosphate production.Previous studies showed that L-canitine can treat acute myocardial infarction and improve prognosis effectively by improving functions and energy metabolism of the ischemic heart muscle,improve the quality of life in hemodialysis patients by improving red blood cell immune function,antioxidant function and reducing the level of iron load;By reducing oxygen free radicals and strengthening cells against oxidative damage,L-canitine play antioxidant and the cell apoptosis protective effect.Recent studies found the other roles of L-CN.
