江苏省及苏州社区大众体育现状的调查分析与建议

摘　　要：根据对江苏省及苏州社区大众体育的社会地位、功能和现状作调查与分析,归纳出大众体育具有增强大众健康、丰富大众生活和构建和谐社会等诸多功能与价值。同时,在对江苏省及苏州大众体育的组织机构、管理制度、活动开展、经费筹措和条件设施等五个方面调查分析基础上,总结出我国大众体育工作"起步迟,发展快,富特色,有不足"的特点。进一步,萃取西方国一些有利于构建和谐社会的合理之处,结合江苏和苏州的实际情况,提出有创新意义的推进大众体育和发挥其特有功能的建议。In terms of the investigation and analysis the social status,function and the present conditions of mass sports in Suzhou and Jiangsu province,this paper concludes that mass sports enable to strengthen mass health,to color mass life and to construct a harmony society and so on.Meanwhile,on the base of the investigation of the organizational institution,management system,activity expansion,fund mobilization and condition facility of mass sports in Suzhou and Jiangsu province,this paper finds the conclusion of our characteristic of mass sports is ＂slow commence,speed development,abundant characteristic,and some insufficiency＂.Furthermore,absorbing something with principle to construct a harmony society and concerning with the actual conditions,this paper raises some suggestions of promoting mass sports with innovation and exerting its special function.
