摘　　要：根据立磨在水泥生料生产中出现的问题,讨论MLS4531A型立磨运行参数的控制,包括磨机运行时出力系数、与物料相匹配的研磨力、风量和风速的控制、风温的控制、压差的控制、防止系统漏风以及保持合适的料层厚度等。结果表明:只要合理控制磨机运行参数,就能保证磨机的产量和粒度达到设计要求,并达到节能的效果。Based on the problems appeared in production of cement＇s raw meals by vertical mill, the control of process parameters of MLS4531A vertical mill was discussed including the power efficiency, grinding force, input air and blast speed, blast temperature, differential pressure, blast leakage and thickness of feed, et al. The results showed that as long as the process parameters were controlled well, the output and particle size of the product by vertical mill would fit the design requirements, and the efficiency of economizing on power were realized.
