摘 要:提出了用强化泡沫充填上隅角,防止瓦斯积聚方法。在实验中研制了一种用于提高泡沫性能的强化剂,通过对3种发泡剂及其复配以及和强化剂的协同效果对泡沫的性能进行了研究,找出了最优的发泡剂。同时研究了发泡剂质量分数以及强化剂质量分数对制备高性能的上隅角充填泡沫的影响。结果表明,当发泡剂的质量分数为5%,强化剂质量分数为1%时,制得的充填泡沫性能最好。并在实验室研究的基础上,在淮北桃源煤矿成功应用,效果良好。Intensify foam was proposed to prevent the gas accumulation in upper corner of coal face.A new foam enhancer to improve foam performance were developed in the experiment,the best foaming agent were found according to the experiments about the foam properties and the Synergy of the foam enhancer of the three selected foaming agents and their complex.At the same time,interrelated experiments on the filling foam which was influenced by the mass fraction of foaming agent,foam enhancer were done.The results show that the properties of the filling foam are the best when the mass fraction of foaming agent,foam enhancer are 5% and 1% respectively.And based on the research in the laboratory,the filling foam has been successfully applied in some mines of Huaibei Mining Bureau,the results is good.
